Eisenberg, Inc. Appoints Strategic Marketing Manager

Portland, Oregon, April 1, 2001 - Eisenberg, Inc. has appointed Julie Lagesen as Strategic Marketing Manager. In this position, she will develop marketing programs for Eisenberg's Fortune 1000 and entrepreneurial clients and assist in new business development.

Ms. Lagesen joins Eisenberg with over eight years of experience working in consumer and business to business marketing. Previously, she was a marketing manager at Aramark, Burbank. As part of the marketing management team she was instrumental in planning and implementing corporate marketing and communication programs for this $1.8 billion division of Aramark Corp.

Prior to Aramark, Ms. Lagesen worked at Princess Cruises, Los Angeles, where she was integral in developing strategy and executing new product launches for the Caribbean and Alaska trades.

Ms. Lagesen holds a MBA in marketing from Loyola University and a BA in business economics from Boston College.

Agency Will Manage ATMsafe Brand Worldwide

Portland, Oregon, Sept. 15, 2000 - Eisenberg, Inc. today announced that Telmach Risk Management Inc. based in Napa, California, had selected the agency to be their agency of record to manage and promote the ATMsafe brand worldwide.

ATMsafe is a comprehensive consumer insurance program which addresses the safety and security concerns of ATM users. ATMsafe, a worldwide brand and product effort, has been developed by Telmach Risk Management, Inc, the sole distributor of the program and related products.

"We selected Eisenberg, Inc. as our agency of record because they have the strategic expertise, experienced brand management, and creative capabilities we need to develop a successful, strategic marketing program to promote and manage the ATMsafe brand worldwide," said Patrick Merkley, president, Telmach Risk Management Inc.
